📌 HOUSE RULES We’re excited to host you and have designed this home to be a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable space. We kindly ask that you treat the property with care and respect during your stay. ⸻ 🏡 GENERAL HOUSE RULES * Please be respectful of the home and the space we’ve thoughtfully prepared for your stay. * No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are permitted. * Quiet hours are observed from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM to respect neighbors and community guidelines. * Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a $300 professional ozone treatment fee will apply. * Pets are not allowed. If pets are brought onto the property, a $250 fee will be charged. ⸻ 🧼 LINENS & CLEANLINESS * Please use the provided black makeup towels only for removing makeup to help protect linens and furnishings. * We kindly ask that guests help maintain the condition of the home so future guests may enjoy the same experience. ⸻ 🔧 DAMAGES & MAINTENANCE * If anything appears damaged or not functioning upon check-in, please notify us immediately so we can address it promptly. * Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay that is not reported in advance. * If something breaks or is accidentally damaged during your stay, please let us know right away so we can resolve it quickly and fairly. ⸻ 🏊 POOL USE & LIABILITY AGREEMENT By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding use of the swimming pool. ⸻ ⚠️ ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK Guests understand that use of the swimming pool involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, injury, or drowning. All guests accept full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur during pool use. ⸻ 🏊 USE AT OWN RISK * The pool is not supervised and there is no lifeguard on duty. * Guests assume full responsibility for themselves and all members of their party, including minors. ⸻ 📋 SAFETY RULES Guests agree to follow all safety guidelines, including: * No diving * No running in the pool area * Children under 16 must be supervised at all times * No glass containers in or near the pool * No swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs * Pool cover (if applicable) must be replaced after use ⸻ ⚖️ LIABILITY WAIVER By confirming this reservation, guests agree to release and hold harmless the host/owner from any liability, claims, damages, or injuries arising from pool use by any member of the reservation. ⸻ 🎮 GOLF SIMULATOR SAFETY RULES To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests: * Only one person may use the simulator at a time * Always check surroundings before swinging * Maintain awareness of backswing and follow-through * All non-players must remain at a safe distance * No one should stand in the swing zone at any time * Guests may use provided equipment or their own at their discretion Any damage caused to the golf simulator, equipment, or surrounding garage area will be the responsibility of the booking guest.

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, with the exception of any locked owner storage areas. During your stay, you’ll also enjoy complimentary access to the Windsor at Westside resort amenities, including the resort-style pool and waterpark. Your stay includes exclusive access to: * Private heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill in the backyard (no added fees) * Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and cookware * High-speed WiFi throughout the home * In-unit washer and dryer * Resort waterpark and clubhouse amenities (guest access included) Everything is designed to make your stay comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable from arrival to departure. ⸻ 📌 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE For the safety and security of guests and the property, there are exterior security cameras located around the outside of the home. There are no indoor cameras, and no cameras are placed in any private or pool areas. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and neighbors, a maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted per reservation.
