House Rules • We ask that you please be respectful of our property. We have done our best to create a fun and inviting space for our guests! • NO house parties allowed • Quiet hours are between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. • Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you be liable to pay a $300 smoke ozone treatment • Pets are NOT allowed the property • Please remove makeup with black towels provided ONLY. We want our linens to remain clean and unsoiled • You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house and/or furniture during your stay • If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly! SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT Swimming Pool Use and Liability Waiver\ This Short-Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) between the undersigned Guest(s) and Host/Owner of the property located at: 8941 Zurich Lane, Kissimmee, FL 34747 1. Acknowledgment of Risk Guest(s) acknowledge that the use of the swimming pool on the premises involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, or other serious injury. The Guest(s) accept full responsibility for any injuries, death, or damages resulting from use of the pool by themselves or any member of their party, including minors. 2. Use at Own Risk Guest(s) agree to use the pool at their own risk and assume all liability for themselves and their guests. No lifeguard is on duty, and the pool is not supervised. 3. Safety Rules Guest(s) agree to follow all posted and/or provided safety rules, including but not limited to: • No diving • No running around the pool area • Children under 16 must be supervised at all times • No glass containers in or near the pool • No intoxicated persons in the pool • Pool cover must be replaced when not in use (if applicable) 4. Indemnification and Waiver Guest(s) hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Host/Owner or their agents, employees, or affiliates for any claims arising from or relating to the use of the swimming pool. Guest(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host/Owner from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that may incur due to Guest(s)’ use of the pool, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 5. Acknowledgment of Understanding By accepting this booking reservation, Guest(s) confirm they have read and understood this addendum, accept the risks involved in using the swimming pool, and voluntarily agree to all terms. Golf Simulator • Only one person is permitted to use the simulator at a time • Feel free to use the provided golf clubs and tees, or use your own • Before you swing any club, check your surroundings to ensure no one and no obstacles are within your range of swing. • Always be aware of both your backswing and follow-through. Only one person should be present in the hitting area at a time. • Everyone else MUST keep a safe distance and keep watch of the person golfing. • Be alert of where you stand and walk and stay out of a golfer’s range of swing. • ANY DAMAGE caused to the garage opener system, golf simulator system (including the R10 device, projector, or enclosure) or other garage décor will be the responsibility of the tenant

There are no cameras indoors, including in the pool areas. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed with each reservation.
